Role Responsibilities

• Annotate and label data in Spanish with exceptional precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements and provide linguistic insights.
• Review, edit, and validate annotated datasets to maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying linguistic nuances and potential challenges in Spanish data.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of annotation guidelines and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Participate in remote meetings to share expertise and support language-related discussions.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic usage.
• Proven experience in data annotation or linguistic quality assurance.
• Bilingual proficiency, with professional-level English communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for data annotation and collaboration.
