About The Role

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior or Lead User Researcher to join the Product Design & User Research team in Paris from September, 10th 2026 to March, 31st 2027.

Join our Product Design & User Research team, where creativity and collaboration drive our mission to enhance design, user experience, and research across the Product organization.

As a replacement for our strategic leader of User Research, you will support research practices, leverage insights to shape product decisions, and elevate the overall user experience while she is on maternity leave. Reporting to the VP of Product Design, you will collaborate cross-functionally to embed user-centricity into everything we do.

With 23 million users across 80 countries, research plays a key role in how we make decisions. Mature tools and processes already exist—we are now looking for someone who can elevate research quality, coach teams and influence product strategy through customer insights.

What You Will Do

  • Coach and validate research activities from framing through analysis.
  • Empower Product teams (and also Marketing, CRM, Sustainability, …) to conduct high-quality research independently.
  • Maintain and enrich the Insights Repository.
  • Conduct end-to-end research projects (:40% of your time).
  • Promote research findings through newsletters, presentations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Transform insights into action from our newly built men and women psychographics segmentations
  • Champion user-centricity across Vestiaire Collective.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of UX/User Research experience within Product or Tech environments.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research expertise.
  • Comfortable connecting analytics with qualitative insights.
  • Able to independently design research methodologies.
  • Experienced working with prototypes and UX testing.
  • Fluent in English.
