Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices, and shipping instructions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation as per company and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for shipment processing
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Handle email communication related to shipment queries, documentation, and issue resolution
• Maintain and update shipment data in internal systems/ERP
• Support invoice generation and basic payment follow-ups (if required)
• Ensure compliance with international shipping and trade regulations
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or delays in the process
Key Skills & Requirements
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of logistics/shipping processes (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management
• Problem-solving and coordination skills
