Role Overview

The Ecommerce Lead will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and market leadership of iD Fresh Food across all e-commerce and quick-commerce channels in the UAE. This role will own account management, commercial negotiations, joint business planning, digital activation, and category growth while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable business results.

Role Name: Key Accounts - Ecommerce [Ecommerce Lead]

Reporting to: Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, market share, and profitability across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels in Middle East.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
  • Lead JBPs, commercial negotiations, trade investments, promotions, and business reviews with key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners to accelerate growth.
  • Drive digital shelf excellence, assortment optimization, pricing, visibility, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Lead execution of new product launches across online channels.
  • Ensure high product availability, forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service levels across accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Track business performance, promotional ROI, competitive activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Looking for 5-7 years of work experience in E-commerce preferably from the same industry (FMCG/Food).
  • Experience of working on the brand side will be preferred than E-com partner-side.
  • Middle East experience is preferred.
