What you’ll do:

As part of our Corporate Tax team, you'll get hands-on experience advising leading local and multinational companies on:

✅ Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

✅ Corporate Restructuring

✅ Cross-Border Transactions

✅ IPOs & Capital Market Transactions

✅ Tax Due Diligence

✅ Tax Incentives & Strategic Tax Planning

✅ Tax Compliance and Tax Disputes

✅ Regional & Global Projects

You'll work closely with clients and colleagues across different industries, helping businesses navigate complex tax challenges while creating real value.

What we’re looking for:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation (minimum GPA 3.00)
• A Master's degree (S2) is a plus
• Have 3–6 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably with a public accounting firm or tax advisory practice
• Have a strong understanding of Indonesian taxation
• Are analytical, proactive, and enjoy solving challenging problems
• Thrive in both collaborative and independent working environments
• Have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with clients
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
