Your role

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our International Equity Advisory Sales team within Global Markets, based in Hong Kong.

You will:

• advise institutional investors on equity investment ideas and market opportunities across US and EMEA markets
• build and maintain relationships with a diverse international client base, delivering tailored solutions
• develop a deep understanding of global equity markets, sectors, and products
• collaborate closely with regional and global product, research, and trading teams
• contribute to the growth of our international franchise through proactive idea generation and client engagement

Your team

You will be part of a high-performing International Advisory Sales team within Global Markets, focused on delivering cross-border equity solutions to institutional clients. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues across Asia, Europe, and the US.

We are committed to client centricity, collaboration, and strong risk and control standards, and play a key role in expanding the firm’s international equities franchise.

Your expertise

You have:

• 2 years of relevant experience, or are an early-career professional with a strong interest in financial markets
• a genuine curiosity about global equities and macro trends, particularly across US and EMEA markets
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
• a proactive, disciplined, and collaborative approach to work
• a strategic mindset with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights
• comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment

• highly motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
• a strong team player with integrity and professionalism
• intellectually curious and eager to continuously learn
• enthusiastic about using technology and data to enhance client coverage and productivity
