Screen Inks Technical Expert

we are strengthening our capabilities in Screen Inks and are looking for an experienced professional to join our team at our Daman Lab. We are seeking someone with strong formulation and application know-how across water-based, solvent-based, and energy-curing screen inks, who can contribute to our growing and innovation-driven business.

About the Role

This role plays a critical part in a high-margin, R&D-driven segment, requiring continuous innovation to meet evolving market demands.

Responsibilities

• Screen ink development & process standardization
• SOP creation and implementation
• Customer complaint handling & RCA
• Trials and customer support
• Driving product approvals and technical solutions

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years
• Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Printing

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in screen ink application & testing
• Hands-on experience in formulation (water-based, solvent-based, UV/energy curing)
• A systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage customer complaints, trials, and technical discussions
• A collaborative team player ready to support business growth

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Screen ink application
