We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who owns their craft end to end. You will translate Business Unit objectives into high-impact paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, working closely with Marketing Managers, Creative, Automation, and Data experts.

Your focus will be on maximizing the impact of digital advertising budgets, improving conversion performance, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on data, insights, and business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Digital campaign strategy and lead generation

  • Translate Business Unit and campaign objectives into targeted paid digital strategies focused on lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
  • Define audience targeting, channel mix, and campaign approach in collaboration with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Advise on the most effective use of paid digital budgets across campaigns, platforms, and audiences, including retargeting strategies.
  • Design and own campaign-specific landing pages, optimizing them for usability, content relevance, and conversion.

Campaign execution and optimization

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, display networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and adjust targeting, bidding, budgets, creatives, and messaging based on live data.
  • Run structured A/B tests across audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing pages to improve cost efficiency and lead quality.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Data, and Marketing Automation Experts to align visuals, tracking, and nurturing workflows.
  • Own spend pacing and budget allocation, proactively adjusting to maximize impact and avoid underutilization.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet brand, GDPR, and data tracking governance standards.

Conversion and landing page performance

  • Coordinate the creation and ongoing optimization of campaign landing pages, ensuring they are relevant, measurable, and conversion-focused.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital and relevant experts to ensure key pages follow best practices for SEO, AI visibility, user experience, and conversion.
  • Work with Marketing Managers and the Marketing Automation Expert to align campaign flows with nurture strategies and support lead progression through the funnel.

Measurement, reporting, and insights

  • Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Data Expert to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards for all paid channels.
  • Evaluate lead quality in close collaboration with our Marketing sales Enablement expert to continuously sharpen targeting and qualification.
  • Lead monthly campaign review meetings, translating data into clear insights and concrete recommendations.
  • Document learnings and contribute to the Digital Playbook and best practice templates.

Collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Act as a proactive digital advisor to Software Business Unit marketing team.
  • Work closely with content, creative, web, automation, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to ensure full-funnel alignment.
  • Collaborate with other Digital Marketing Experts across Business Units to share learnings, exchange best practices, and ensure consistency.
  • Stay informed about paid media trends, platform changes, AI-driven optimization opportunities, and emerging practices, and assess their potential value for Materialise.

Your profile

  • 3+ years in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in B2B.
  • Experience with promoting B2B Saas software is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with paid platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as GA4 and Mouseflow; experience with conversion tracking and tag management is a plus.
  • A strong analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience with landing pages, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, campaign tracking, and email design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • An understanding of how SEO, AI visibility, marketing automation, and nurture flows fit into the broader digital journey.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive and ownership-minded: structured, comfortable working to deadlines, and motivated to continuously improve.
