Job Description

  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, trackers, and schedules.
  • Update planning dashboards and performance reports.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support planning activities.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and track progress.
  • Support the team in managing projects, events, and operational activities.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Designer, or related field.
