We are looking for a Head of People & Culture for our rapidly growing teams in this environment.

Your playground as a Head of People & Culture at TikTak

  • Lead a people and culture team to develop and roll out programs to help with hiring, team development, learning programs, performance, and employee experience,
  • Drive fast growth and high performance across every level of the organization,
  • Identify problems and opportunities for specialties, and work with our cross-functional teams to leverage the available resources, help prioritize and plan their talent roadmap, and fill the gap with immediate short-term solutions,
  • Guide senior leaders and teams on the full people agenda - employee and talent management roadmap for company objectives,
  • Ensure there is integration across all teams, headquarter, and field people on marketing, sales, product, and operations, and all.

Our game-changer Head People & Culture profile at TikTak

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field,
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR (startup culture experience is a plus),
  • 3+ years of management experience,
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational culture transformation, building high-performance teams, and embedding behaviors that enable sustainable business growth
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills,
  • Strong practical knowledge in all HR functional areas especially in talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, and employee experience,
  • Innovative mindset and customer success focus.
