Location: Warsaw, al. Jerozolimskie 142B – 5 days per week on-site presence required.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

What you will do:

Front Office – Reception Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels.
  • Oversee the distribution and tracking of office entry cards.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor office premises and coordinate with building management as needed.

Administrative Support for the ADC PL Office:

  • Maintain office supplies and refreshments, including fruit and beverages.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and provide meeting support (e.g., setting up, clearing tables, and ensuring availability of beverages and snacks).
  • Ensure cleanliness and order in all conference rooms and encourage adherence to office tidiness standards.
  • Report office maintenance issues and technical problems to West Station II administration team.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support based on the needs of the administration team.

What you need for success:

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role would be an advantage.
  • Availability to work on-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
  • A friendly, professional, and support-oriented approach to communication.
  • Fluency in Polish and good working proficiency in English.
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to support others.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Total Rewards:

The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 6 000 PLN – 7 500 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 8% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
