About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Financials Functional Consultant to support the delivery of Oracle ERP implementations. You will contribute to solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (or Oracle E-Business Suite) Financial modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support requirements gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and solution design workshops across Finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax, and Inventory.
  • Configure Oracle ERP Financial modules and assist with testing, defect resolution, data migration, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare functional documentation, including business requirements, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical consultants to ensure solutions align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Support integration and reporting activities, including ERP interfaces and financial reporting requirements.
  • Contribute knowledge of retail industry processes and ERP integrations where applicable.
  • Assist in user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle ERP solutions, with involvement in at least 1-2 full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation projects.
  • Products: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (preferred) or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials. Exposure to Oracle EPM (Planning or FCCS) is an advantage.
  • Functional Skills: Good understanding of Finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and Inventory. Familiarity with Indonesian tax and statutory reporting requirements is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle ERP configuration tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Preferred:

  • Oracle Financials Cloud certification.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or financial services.
  • Exposure to audit and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and BI tools
