Are you passionate about building production-grade AI systems and shaping the future of agentic AI? We're looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the architecture of a next-generation multi-agent platform powered by LangGraph.
As a Principal AI Engineer, you will own the core AI architecture of a LangGraph-based multi-agent platform (40+ AI agents), driving orchestration, LLM integrations, and production-scale AI infrastructure. This is a highly hands-on technical leadership role where you'll influence architecture, engineering standards, and the future of our AI capabilities.
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years in ML/AI, including 2+ years building production LLM applications
- Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph (multi-agent orchestration, routing, tool calling, self-correction, structured outputs)
- Production experience with RAG / GraphRAG, vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone) and advanced retrieval techniques
- LLM evaluation & observability (e.g. Langfuse, hallucination monitoring, evaluation frameworks)
- Advanced Python and FastAPI development
- Experience with model serving (vLLM, Ollama), on-prem deployments and inference cost optimization
- Solid understanding of NLP, Transformers, fine-tuning, prompt & context engineering
Nice to Have
- MSc/PhD in CS, EE or related field
- AI/ML publications or patents
- Experience with C++ or Go
- Data-centric AI practices and uncertainty quantification
