Position- Sr. Role – Investor Relations and Customer Experience

Location - Vatika City Centre Sector 83, Gurgaon

Experience

15–18+ years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, investor relations, commercial real estate, asset management, leasing support, or post-sales operations, with at least 7–10 years in a leadership role.

Role Summary;-

The candidate will be responsible for leading the complete lifecycle of relationships with commercial investors across the Company's portfolio. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional investor experience by ensuring seamless onboarding, documentation, leasing coordination, rental administration, investor servicing, grievance resolution, and communication throughout the investment lifecycle.

The incumbent will act as the principal interface between investors and the Company's internal functions including Sales, Leasing, Asset Management, Legal, Finance, Projects, Facilities Management and external service partners, ensuring high levels of investor satisfaction, transparency and long-term trust.

Educational Qualifications;-

• MBA (Marketing / Finance / Operations) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Law, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in CRM, Customer Experience or Project Management would be an advantage.
