ABOUT YOUNGLA FOR HER
YoungLA For Her is the women's division of YoungLA, one of the fastest-growing fitness and lifestyle brands in the world. Built for women who move with confidence, train with purpose, and embrace an active lifestyle, YoungLA For Her has quickly become one of the fastest-growing areas of the business.
What began as an extension of the YoungLA brand has evolved into a powerful community of women connected through fitness, style, and self-expression. As the brand continues to grow, we're investing in the people, processes, and creative vision needed to support the next stage of expansion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
YoungLA for Her is entering its next stage of growth, and we're looking for a Creative Director to help define what the brand becomes.
This is a highly influential role responsible for shaping the creative vision and visual identity of YoungLA for Her across every customer touchpoint, from campaigns and photoshoots to product storytelling, social content, retail, and brand experiences. Working closely with the President of YoungLA for Her and the leadership team, you'll translate business strategy into compelling creative that strengthens our connection with the community and continues to elevate the brand.
We're looking for a creative leader who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing at a high level. You'll lead the creative process end-to-end, build the systems and standards needed to scale, and raise the quality of our creative output across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be concepting, directing, reviewing, refining, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
This isn't an opportunity to inherit a fully built creative organization. It's an opportunity to help build one. If you're excited by the challenge of shaping one of the fastest-growing women's activewear brands and leaving a lasting impact on its future, then this is the right place.
