Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with finance-related tasks including preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and supporting financial record-keeping.
- Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and official communications.
- Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Maintain databases, update records, and ensure accuracy of financial and administrative information.
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and service providers.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in responding to changing priorities.
Job requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Past experience as a Personal Assistant would be preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with finance tools or software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
