POSITION SUMMAR

Y:Audax Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, build, and enhancement of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for executing technical implementations across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation to support critical business processe

s.

The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the CRM team and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective, scalable solutions that support system performance and improve user experience, while maintaining long-term platform stability and supporting the firm’s continued growth. As a key player of the team, you will help enhance, streamline, and maintain our Salesforce environment, including the InvestorFlow managed package. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the development of thoughtful CRM solutions, and help ensure reliable data integrity and system performa

nce.

This role will also support upcoming Salesforce implementations as additional business units are onboarded to the platform. The Developer will contribute to solution design, build, and rollout efforts, gaining exposure to end-to-end implementation work in a dynamic environ

ment.

THER DUTIES:For Massachusetts: The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $128,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on
