Your responsibilities
- Managing and advancing a portfolio of EVP-sponsored strategic initiatives across the full lifecycle
- Structuring and coordinating project planning, incl. budget and resources, in collaboration with project managers
- Leading and implementing international, cross-functional strategic initiatives in cooperation with EVP Sales Europe, country management and stakeholders
- Translation of the strategy into priorities, milestones, and execution plans
- Ensuring transparent project monitoring, consolidated reporting, and results tracking across the project portfolio
- Preparation of high-quality analyses, decision proposals, and executive-level presentations for top management and board-level audiences
- Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a reliable interface on behalf of the EVP Sales Europe
Your profile
- Strong business-oriented degree
- Several years of professional experience in strategy, consulting or complex project leadership within an international organisation
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Business fluent in English and fluent in German
- Analytical expertise in structuring ambiguous problems with the ability to challenge constructively and influence without formal authority
- Strong proficiency in managing complexity by prioritising initiatives, coordinating multiple workstreams, and keeping focus on outcomes
- Highly independent, proactive, and motivated professional with strong intercultural competence
- Execution strength under time pressure and confidence in preparing and delivering presentations to senior audiences
