We are looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist to join a leading international company operating in the logistics and transportation sector.
In this role, you will become part of a global team responsible for supporting and improving a suite of modern cloud-native applications that play a critical role in business operations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents.
- Manage and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, SRE and QA teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Monitor application performance, stability and availability.
- Improve observability, alerting and monitoring frameworks.
- Participate in on-call support rotations.
- Lead support-related initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support or Technical Support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with ITSM tools.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).
- Experience working with cloud-native environments.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka and MongoDB.
- Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
