Pharma IT ApS and Herax ApS are growing consulting companies operating within the life sciences and technology sector. As a Student Assistant, you will become part of our Finance team and gain hands on experience supporting both companies across finance, payroll, and office administration. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your studies in practice while developing valuable professional skills in an international environment.

About the Role

We are looking for someone motivated and detail oriented to support our Finance and HR teams.

In this role, you will assist with a variety of finance and office management tasks across Pharma IT ApS and Herax ApS, which share one office in Copenhagen (Vesterbro). You will work directly with the local Accounting and A/R Associate and contribute to ensuring smooth day to day operations.

The position offers broad exposure to financial and office administration while allowing flexibility to balance work alongside your studies.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Payroll

  • Prepare customer invoice drafts for Pharma IT ApS and Herax ApS.
  • Support monthly payroll preparation.
  • Assist with salary administration, including the Danish gross salary scheme (Bruttolønsordning), lunch scheme calculations, and other employee deductions.

Office Administration

  • Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Purchase office supplies (for example, milk and gas for the coffee machine).
  • Update the company information screen on a weekly basis.
  • Manage employee keycards.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.

We Imagine That You

  • Are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree within Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
  • Are structured, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Are comfortable both working independently and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Danish is considered an advantage, but is not required.
  • Are proactive, service minded, and eager to learn.

We Offer

  • A part time student position of 12 to 15 hours per week.
  • A 6 month fixed term contract starting on 24 August 2026.
  • A salary of DKK 160 per hour.
