The Position…

L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Greece is looking for the Skin Expert Skin Ceuticals to join the Business Development team and contribute to the exceptional service at the store customers and doctors, achieving sell out business targets and driving brand awareness. The role is based in Athens.

You will…

Responsibilities

• Able to demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques. Provide service and beauty advice to create positive customer experience.
• Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow. Maximize selling opportunity by link-selling.
• Make use of your expertise in aesthetic cabin procedures and your knowledge of skin needs
• Maintaining the offline point of sale quality and merchandising: maintain appearance and cleanliness of the POS, merchandising, ensure on shelf product availability.
• Masters POS system (e.g. IPPOS; MS outlook etc.) and operation procedures
• Responsible to acknowledge/record all customer complaints and issues.
• Communicate to Counter / Field Manager useful information about competition, clients or all other key events occurring at POS
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with both pharmacy and dermatological office clientele

You have…

• Degree in Aesthetics
• Previous experience in customer service/sales (preferably in the Beauty sector)
• Previous experience in aesthetic cabin treatments
• Strong customer service mindset
• Convey passion and master story telling
• Connect with our clients to provide good solutions and after sales/clientele
• Ability to work flexibility during retail hours
• Ability to travel within Greece
• Cooperative approach and team spirit
• Agility and resilience
• MS office familiarity and systems & tools literacy
• Car license
