Customer Service Manager

We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team and support clients in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and administer insurance policies.

• Communicate with insurance companies.

• Provide guidance and support on insurance-related matters.

• Assist clients throughout the claims handling process.

What we're looking for:

• Must be based in Spain.
• Spanish proficiency at C1 level
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Russian proficiency at C1 level
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to complete initial training.
• Experience in insurance industry is a PLUS
