We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Java-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The candidate should possess hands-on knowledge of Java technologies, microservices architecture, APIs, and Agile delivery while effectively collaborating with architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Convert business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with Java development teams to design scalable enterprise solutions.
- Analyze existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Participate in solution design discussions involving Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Define API requirements and collaborate with developers on RESTful service design.
- Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Coordinate with QA teams during test planning, UAT, and production deployment.
- Support production issues by analyzing root causes and coordinating resolutions.
- Prepare business process flows, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to project stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working with enterprise Java application development teams.
- Experience supporting Agile software development projects.
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
