About the role
At ADHDS we build high-impact digital health products across the emirate's healthcare ecosystem, and we're looking for a product designer to own the end-to-end design of priority features and flows as a hands-on individual contributor. Day to day, you'll partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to turn complex requirements into intuitive, compliant, delightful experiences for patients, medical professionals, payor entities, and healthcare regulators.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design of priority features and flows across products discovery, IA, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and specs
- Run usability testing and use evidence to iterate on your designs
- Collaborate closely with engineers through handoff and build to ship pixel-accurate, accessible work
- Partner regularly with Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical/Policy, Marketing, and Research
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in product design (UX & UI) shipping complex products at scale — admin/back-office experience in domains like logistics, ERP, or banking and finance is a strong fit
- Proven ability to work independently driving multiple products and workstreams from ambiguity to shipped, high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight
- Strong craft across flows, wireframes, rapid prototyping, and UI design, with a portfolio showing complex problem-solving and shipped impact
- Demonstrable ability to speed up your own workflow using AI tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling for senior stakeholders
- English required; Arabic a plus. Healthcare/government experience a strong plus
