Purpose Of The Role
This is an important finance role for an organized, analytical, and growth-oriented finance professional who understands how to create value for our shareholders. The position supports sustainable top-line growth across all product categories and customers by delivering financial insights, support planning processes, and helping optimize profitability while ensuring a consumer-centric approach to decision making.
What You Will Do
- Support Commercial and FP&A activities for the Wholesale channel, helping to deliver profitable results for the Zone across Net Sales, Gross Margin and key profitability metrics.
- Coordinate the Integrated Business Plan Process (IBP) by category for the Wholesale channel, ensuring alignment between Sales and Go-to Market Teams.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for product categories and customers supporting both short and long-term planning processes.
- Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support corrective actions to deliver financial targets.
- Improve visibility of business performance through robust financial analysis and reporting.
- Act as a finance business partner to Sales and Marketing teams, by providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and decision making.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and business performance reports, including insightful ad-hoc analysis.
- Support continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting processes and analytical tools.
- Help ensure that financial plans and decisions support the overall marketplace and consumer strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Europe and South to identify and support growth opportunities within the Iberia Marketplace.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and business initiatives as needed.
- Support a collaborative, high-performing, and business-focused FP&A team.
Skills You Will Need
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of commercial finance concepts, including customer and product profitability analysis.
- Strong business understanding with a customer and consumer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and international organization.
- Team Player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., MBA, CPA…) are a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP AFS or S/4, Power BI, Fiori Apps, and other relevant finance systems and analytical tools is a strong advantage.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance or related finance roles.
- Language skills: Strong English & Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.
