For our client, we are seeking a Sr Workday Integration Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $101,000 – $152,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Workday integrations using various integration tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for scalable solutions
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing integrations, implementing necessary enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations
- Manage integration lifecycle including documentation, testing, and support
- Stay updated on Workday releases and suggest improvements or new features
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and developers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Workday integrations with hands-on experience in Workday Studio
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, and web service technologies (SOAP, REST)
- Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting integration errors
- Experience implementing secure data transfer protocols and managing access controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
