Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management.

About the Company

Our company is a publicly listed, Istanbul-based organization headquartered in Turkey, holding a leading position in the domestic dietary supplements and health products market and exporting to numerous countries. We operate GMP- and ISO-certified production facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, organizational, and office support to senior management, including the CEO's office
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events
  • Support appointment and organizational processes related to board meetings and investor relations as needed
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Support core finance processes such as expense tracking, invoicing, and payment coordination
  • Manage communication and appointment coordination with international distributors, export partners, and regional offices
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and international business partners
  • Handle sensitive information, including confidential matters, with the utmost discretion and care

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
  • Advanced command of both English and Turkish, written and spoken
  • Professional, discretion-oriented, and solution-focused approach
  • Proficient in MS Office and related office tools
  • Flexible and willing to travel domestically/internationally when required
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or dietary supplements sector preferred
  • Prior experience working at a publicly listed company preferred
