We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management.
About the Company
Our company is a publicly listed, Istanbul-based organization headquartered in Turkey, holding a leading position in the domestic dietary supplements and health products market and exporting to numerous countries. We operate GMP- and ISO-certified production facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, organizational, and office support to senior management, including the CEO's office
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events
- Support appointment and organizational processes related to board meetings and investor relations as needed
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Support core finance processes such as expense tracking, invoicing, and payment coordination
- Manage communication and appointment coordination with international distributors, export partners, and regional offices
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and international business partners
- Handle sensitive information, including confidential matters, with the utmost discretion and care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
- Advanced command of both English and Turkish, written and spoken
- Professional, discretion-oriented, and solution-focused approach
- Proficient in MS Office and related office tools
- Flexible and willing to travel domestically/internationally when required
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or dietary supplements sector preferred
- Prior experience working at a publicly listed company preferred
