Key Duties
The Field Service Engineer provides timely and proper technical service support to Rieckermann Indonesia’s customers. This includes installations, reinstallations and preventive maintenance for conventional machines.
- Technical Service - Provide installation, maintenance, repair and support of industrial equipment and solutions for customers
- Reporting - Ensure accurate reporting concerning operations and services
- Spare Parts - Recommend spare parts to customers
- Customer Relationship - Develop, establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 2 - 3 Years experience food packaging industries in the role of field service engineer or technical support engineer
- Having experience with filed service of industrial machineries for food processing or packaging wrapping is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus
- Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility
- Able to work well under pressure and self-reliantly
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Readiness to travel frequently and on short notice
