Job Title: HR Ops - MBA

Date: July 18th, 2026 (Saturday)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus, Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru – 560100

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Mandatory Documents to carry:

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countrie
  • sProcess HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • .Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure complianc
  • eCreate and maintain SOPs for data management processe

sExperience Require

  • dMBA HR with 1 to 3 years of relevant experienc
  • eKnowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferabl
  • eProficient in MS excel for managing dat
  • aGood Communication Skill
