This role will service auto liability litigated claims in the US and its territories. We are a remote working environment and emphasize diversity and inclusion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Formulate action-driven and timely investigation plans, securing and documenting all relevant information relative to claims involving a high level of severity and complexity.
• Evaluate coverage towers and aggressively pursue tenders of defense and indemnity.
• Driving strategy with defense counsel to formulate agreed-to litigation and disposition plans.
• Formulate timely and accurate case evaluations.
• Evaluating probability of success and initiating disposition strategies, using all forums for timely and strategic negotiations.
• Breaking impasses by finding the win/win scenario.
• Identifying opportunities for recovery (Subrogation) and pursuing accordingly.
• Driving excellent claim outcomes while ensuring complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements.
• Attending mediations, settlement conferences, trials and other claims-related travel, as needed or required.

What You Bring

• JD and/or SCLA preferred
• 5+ years of experience specializing in adjusting or litigating high severity auto liability claims.
• Prior Complex Liability Litigation experience, handling high severity Bodily Injury exposures.
• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required, especially in your resident state. Ability to obtain proper licensing as required within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high production environment using various technology solutions to handle claims virtually
• Advanced analytical reasoning with ability to make autonomous decisions.
