You will focus on designing and maintaining centralized capabilities that empower data science and machine learning teams across the organization. This role bridges the gap between software engineering and machine learning to ensure robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining central platform services to support enterprise AI demands

• Developing centralized capabilities to streamline the machine learning lifecycle

• Providing technical guidance and best practices to the internal engineering community

• Ensuring high availability and security of services through automation and MLOps

• Implementing production-ready code to support large-scale data processing

What we're looking for

• Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on writing clean and scalable code

• Extensive experience with Databricks, including Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow

• Proven track record in deploying machine learning models to production environments

• Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies

• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and comply with banking security frameworks
