●This position is an 11-month maternity cover from mid-Oct 2026 to mid-Sep 2027.●
POSITION SUMMARY:
To develop Menarini Taiwan E-Commerce commercial strategic imperatives for all Menarini brands to capture the booming trend, meet consumers’ needs and gain share in the EC channels which contributes to the overall Menarini Taiwan business target.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Sell-in achievement and Off-take performance by analyzing sales performance via various E-commerce channel and market competition, and to develop growth opportunity areas.
- Work with multiple Brand Managers to develop digital communication strategy which enables to drive traffic and sales growth in E-commerce channels.
- Manage E-commerce campaign planning & execution under close cooperation with brand managers and agencies. Develop annual/monthly marketing calendar and execute timely.
- Establish close cooperation with E-commerce channels for maximizing the resources from E-commerce channels including the brand exposure, targeted traffic, selected customer data, word of mouth and improving customer service.
- Manage the E-commerce P&L, including sales, spending, and market share for specific brands.
- Work closely with regional office to drive E-commerce agenda and proactively share local market’s test & learn results as well as best practices with region on the regular basis.
- Conduct targeted market analysis through category market intelligence, own brand performance tracking, competitors & related brands performance data and external policy understanding.
- Manage price sensitivity for E-commerce channels
- Share eCommerce best practice with retailer sales team to optimize sales opportunities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce and digital marketing additionally in a brand-centered company (experience in consumer health will be a plus)
- Strong analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills
- Proven track record in managing agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge and network in E-commerce business
- GA certification will be plus
- Advance excel analytical skill and English at intermediate communication level
- Strong interpersonal skill, social intelligence, energetic, resilience and self-motivated
