’We are seeking a Controlling & FP&A Team Leader to reinforce our Global Finance Team’’.
What we are looking for?
- Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a multi-site and/or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
What you will be doing?
- Lead and coordinate the Controlling and FP&A activities for sites, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Manage, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to site management and senior leadership.
- Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and ensure timely performance reporting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations for deviations from budget and forecast.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting quality, and business performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR to drive business performance.
