Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across key social media channels to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing posting calendars, writing and optimizing posts, coordinating with design and marketing teams, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions. The role also involves developing data-driven social media strategies, running experiments to improve reach and conversion, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that social media communication consistently reflects Sunday’s brand voice and business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
  • Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
  • Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and optimize social media content for different audiences and channels.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to refine campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience managing brand accounts on major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, native platform analytics) is beneficial.
  • Background in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in tech or talent/HR sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
