Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire high-calibre talent. You will also support onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administration to deliver a seamless employee experience while upholding our luxury brand standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre talent for retail boutiques
- Create compelling job advertisements and manage postings across recruitment platforms, professional networks, and channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand retail stores workforce requirements, define role profiles, and conduct competency-based interviews to identify candidates who align with the company’s values and luxury service standards.
- Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for retail positions.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and industry networks to support internship programmes, graduate hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics to support workforce planning and continuous process improvement.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, including pre-employment screening, employment offers, work pass applications, payroll documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities that promote a positive employee experience and strengthen employer branding.
- Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring employee records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Verify monthly medical invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Participate in HR projects and perform other HR duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, preferably within the luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service industry.
- Proven experience recruiting frontline retail talent in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and relevant employment legislation.
- Experience with BIPO will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Word.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
