Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) to drive purchases on the D2C website.
  • Own the monthly ad budget: pace spend, allocate across campaigns, and maximize ROAS / minimize customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking via GTM, GA4, and Google Ads (including Enhanced Conversions).
  • Manage and optimize the Google Merchant Center product feed for Shopping and PMax.
  • Analyze performance in GA4 and Looker Studio; report weekly on spend, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and new-customer growth.
  • Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages; iterate based on data.
  • Support secondary paid channels (Meta) and coordinate with agency/creative resources when used.
  • Continuously research keywords, competitors, and audience segments in the Thai supplement market.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years hands-on managing Google Ads with a clear focus on eCommerce / D2C purchase conversions.
  • Proficient in GA4 and Google Tag Manager — can set up events and conversions independently.
  • Comfortable owning a monthly media budget and reporting ROAS/CAC to management.
  • Strong analytical skills; fluent in Google Sheets/Excel and building Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center / Shopping feeds.
  • Good written Thai and working English (for platform interfaces and documentation).

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads and/or GA4 certification.
  • Experience in health, supplement, FMCG, or beauty eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with Thai FDA (อย.) advertising rules for supplements.
  • Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or marketplace (Shopee/Lazada) ads experience.
  • Basic SEO understanding to complement paid search.
