About the Role

As a QA Student Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in an international environment where collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers worldwide is key.

Our QA team plays a critical role in ensuring high standards of quality and compliance across our products and suppliers. In this role, you will support the team in maintaining these standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. The position will be minimum 10-15 hours, with flexibility.

Chr. Olesen is ISO 9001:2015, ISO22000:2018 and FAMI-QS certified and operates under HACCP, and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a QA Student Assistant, you will:

• Support optimization, transfer, and maintenance of data in our quality management system
• Handle registration and follow-up on customer and supplier questionnaires, including direct contact with these stakeholders
• Maintain, register and organize product documentation and certifications
• Provide administrative and operational support to the QA team
• Food and feed safety related ad hoc tasks

Key Skills for Success

• Currently enrolled in a scientific program such as Food Science/Technology, Animal Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology or similar
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with IT systems and learning new tools quickly
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a collaborative team
