Senior Supply Chain Planner
[Sr. Supply Chian Specialist]
Responsibilities
- PO placement for OSAT and invoice scrutiny and troubleshooting
- PO placement for Hardware and Collateral, and Invoice scrutiny and Troubleshooting
- Payment facilitation.
- Shipment Reconciliation with Suppliers and Logistics management.
- Assets Monitoring and Management
- Data Reconciliation and Analysis for Production
- Transaction Reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or a related field is a MUST.
- 5+ yrs of exp. in procurement, planning, or manufacturing. W/ exp. in SCM is a Must. W/ exp. in Semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Production or Supplier Management
- Exp. in managing Multi-function tasks
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google workspace and Project management software
- Ability to Speak & Write in English fluently & idiomatically (TOEIC >600 or equivalent certificate)
Others
- Bilingual capability is required (Mandarin & English). Mandarin speaking/reading is essential skill in HCLTech Taiwan.
- Working location: may adjust to Xindian per Google's request
- Taiwan APRC is required w/ expat.
