Freelance Designer (Remote)

Compensation Range: $43 - 47 per hour

Looking to take your design career to the next level with a massive player in the sports and entertainment industry? We are seeking a talented Freelance Designer to jump into a 100% remote, fast-paced environment and create high-impact, full-funnel marketing campaigns! If you have 2 to 5 years of professional experience and a killer portfolio showcasing 360 creative campaigns, this is your chance to bring major brand initiatives to life!

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets across digital, social, CRM, product marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
• Conceptualize and execute promotional assets including digital ads, emails, landing pages, logos, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Incorporate creative feedback efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and campaign creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Excellent visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency experience is a plus.
