Description

INTERSPORT Athletics S.A., a member of the Fourlis Group and the exclusive franchisee of INTERSPORT in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania, is seeking an experienced and passionate Visual Merchandising & Trade Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing strategy across our retail network.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional in-store execution, ensuring brand consistency, enhancing customer experience, and leading a team focused on visual merchandising standards and trade marketing activations.

Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Category Management and Retail Operations teams, the role will translate business priorities into impactful in-store experiences that increase customer engagement and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop the Visual Merchandising team
  • Set priorities, monitor performance and ensure high standards of execution across the store network
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement

Visual Merchandising Excellence

  • Define and ensure implementation of Visual Merchandising standards across all stores
  • Drive seasonal visual merchandising execution aligned with commercial priorities and brand guidelines
  • Develop store visit plans and conduct regular field visits to ensure execution excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve store presentation and commercial performance
  • Lead and support store openings, relocations, renovations and refit projects

Trade Marketing Execution

  • Manage the execution of trade marketing campaigns and in-store activations
  • Ensure timely implementation of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and commercial initiatives
  • Oversee the production, ordering and distribution of POS materials, signage and promotional assets
  • Ensure consistency of campaign execution throughout the retail network
  • Adapt initiatives and materials to local market requirements where needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the key liaison between Headquarters and stores for all VM and Trade Marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Category Management and Retail Operations teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on field observations and customer behavior
