A Snapshot of your day The role involves performing daily accounting operations, supporting month-end closing activities, and preparing financial reports. You will also handle customer and vendor reconciliations, follow up on audit risks, and contribute to improving accounting processes and systems.
How Will You Make An Impact?
Perform daily accounting operations, invoices and expenses in line with company policies and procedures
Performing e-invoice, e-archive invoice and e-ledger documents
Support month-end closing activities and related controls.
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Conduct customer and vendor reconciliations.
Follow up on audit risks identified in Internal Audit reports.
Improve accounting processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
What will you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
New graduate or 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP is a plus.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
