职责
1. Retail flagship store opening preparation
◦ Fully participate in the 0-to-1 preparation work of the brand's retail flagship store, covering the entire process of work including follow-up on store location selection and implementation, coordination of renovation progress, merchandise planning and stocking, assistance with personnel recruitment, planning and execution of opening activities, and follow-up on license and permit processing;
◦ Responsible for streamlining store operation processes before opening, preparing basic materials, and implementing pre-job training for employees to ensure the store opens on time and smoothly, achieving stable operation during the initial opening period;
◦ After the store opens, follow up on the store's basic operational data, promptly report issues and optimize adjustments, and cooperate with superiors to achieve the initial performance targets of the store.
2. Channel agent docking and maintenance
◦ Responsible for the daily liaison, communication, and maintenance of existing cooperative channel agents, and timely convey the company's brand policies, product information, sales tasks, and activity requirements;
◦ Assist in expanding high-quality channel agent resources, complete initial negotiations with agents, collect relevant information, follow up on cooperation intentions, and promote the implementation of cooperation;
◦ Follow up on the entire process of agent orders, shipments, payments, after-sales, etc., coordinate and resolve issues during the cooperation process, maintain a good cooperative relationship, and enhance agent satisfaction and cooperation stickiness;
◦ Regularly organize agent cooperation data and sales performance, prepare work reports, and provide a basis for the optimization of superior channel strategies.
3. Other tasks
◦ Collaborate with superiors to complete work arrangements related to retail and sales, and implement the company's various sales policies and operational regulations;
◦ Complete other tasks related to retail operations and channel coordination assigned by the leadership.
资历
1. Educational background: Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major is not restricted, with preference given to relevant majors such as marketing, business administration, retail management, international trade, etc.;
2. Work experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the retail or sales industry, with preference given to those with experience in retail store operations, new store opening preparations, and channel agent liaison/sales.
3. adaptable to the work rhythm of the retail industry, and possessing strong stress resistance and execution capabilities;
4. Language proficiency: Possess good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to independently complete tasks such as reading English materials and basic English communication and coordination.
