Who We Need
We're looking for a Staff Technical Recruiter to help build one of the highest-performing engineering teams in software. Reporting directly to the Head of Recruiting, you'll partner closely with Engineering leadership to identify, attract, and hire the engineers who will shape Rillet's future.
This is a true full-cycle recruiting role. You'll help define what exceptional talent looks like, source and engage candidates, guide hiring teams toward better decisions, and close engineers who raise the talent bar.
Success in this role isn't just about filling roles, it's about consistently hiring engineers who raise the talent bar while helping us become a better recruiting organization.
We're looking for someone with exceptional talent judgment who can consistently source, engage, and close exceptional engineering talent. You're equally comfortable scaling hiring for a growing team, running a highly personalized search for a Staff Engineer, influencing senior stakeholders, or improving the recruiting systems that help us hire better over time.
We're looking for teammates within commutable distance of our NYC or SF offices (or willing to relocate). The team works in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day.
