Description

Do you work precisely, are analytical and implement the highest standards in quality assurance? Then join our team! You will ensure that our products and processes meet the highest quality requirements. Your work is the key to the continuous improvement of our processes to ensure top performance in the production of semiconductor components.

At the earliest possible date we are looking for

  • Conduct detailed process analyses and apply effective problem-solving methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support quality improvement initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, with a particular focus on the production phase.
  • Execute special projects as needed to enhance and optimize our quality standards.
  • Support the Quality Manager in conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training sessions to strengthen employees' quality awareness and competencies.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote transparency and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and Ishikawa, as well as relevant standards, regulations, and technical drawings.
  • Experience in quality assurance and process optimization within the machinery, manufacturing, or engineering industry; prior experience as an Internal Auditor is preferred.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Strong quality mindset with excellent analytical, customer-focused, and service-oriented thinking.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a structured manner.
