About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics NAV Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the conception, programming, testing, and go-live support of Dynamics NAV projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the development and optimization of our ERP processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management across our systems. You will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our data structures, databases, and system configurations. Additionally, you will develop and maintain interfaces to external systems, analyze complex problem scenarios, and propose effective solutions. Your efforts will also include training staff and documenting new and existing processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional qualifications. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable, providing familiarity with modern ERP solutions. Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Microsoft .NET, Java, C#, and C/SIDE is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate reliability, independence, and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and technologies. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements and customizations within Dynamics NAV to meet business requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of new functionalities to ensure system stability and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ERP systems, resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Develop and maintain interfaces to external systems, ensuring data consistency and system interoperability.
• Analyze system problems and propose effective solutions, including process improvements.
• Train end-users and colleagues on new functionalities and system updates, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
