Your Mission
As General Manager, you'll build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences while executing the Mimi's standards every day. People are at the heart of everything you do. You'll create a culture built on development, accountability, respect, and genuine human connection, where teammates feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. Your success isn't measured by how well the store runs when you're there—it's measured by how well it performs when you're not.
What You'll Do
1. Lead & Develop Your Team
- Onboard, train, coach, and develop exceptional teammates.
- Build a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
- Identify future leaders and coach them through the Mimi's Leadership Pathway.
- Provide regular feedback, recognition, and performance coaching.
- Ensure every teammate understands how their role impacts the customer experience.
2. Deliver Operational Excellence
- Lead from the floor and set the standard everyday.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
- Maintain outstanding yogurt quality, product presentation, and topping bar standards.
- Own cleanliness, maintenance, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure food safety, Department of Health compliance, and company standards are always met.
- Keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
3. Own the Business
- Manage labor, COGS, inventory, and operating expenses.
- Build schedules that balance customer experience with labor efficiency.
- Oversee ordering, vendors, inventory, and packaging.
- Complete payroll, cash management, invoices, reporting, and store administration accurately and on time.
- Review business performance and create action plans to continuously improve results.
4. Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Solve problems proactively and think like an owner.
- Support the team wherever needed and lead by example.
