Job Description:
- Build and expand a patient portfolio across the CIS markets.
- Develop partnerships with agencies, insurance companies, and intermediary institutions.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives and field operations.
- Conduct pricing and competitor analyses.
- Monitor targets, budgets, and sales performance.
- Represent the company at regional trade fairs, conferences, and B2B events.
- Coordinate VIP patient journeys and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in international marketing and health tourism; experience in hospitals or healthcare organizations is an advantage.
- Fluency in Russian and Kazakh; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and patient tracking processes.
- Strong marketing communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent intercultural communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
