Your responsibilities may include:

• Designing and leading scalable operations, systems, and processes across the business
• Collaborating with executive teams to translate vision into executable operating strategies
• Building and managing cross-functional alignment across product, finance, HR, and customer teams
• Implementing OKRs, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track organizational health
• Supporting change management, culture development, and internal communications
• Overseeing operational budgets, resource planning, and vendor management
• Advising on hiring, org design, and leadership development
• Providing operational support for fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic planning

Required qualities may include:

• Proven experience in operations leadership, with a track record of success as a COO, GM, or Head of Ops
• Experience supporting scaling startups, venture-backed companies, or fast-moving teams
• Strong operational and financial acumen—you thrive in metrics-driven environments
• Exceptional skills in strategic planning, project execution, and team enablement
• Comfort working cross-functionally and across multiple business domains
• Excellent communication and leadership presence—you know how to influence and align stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver results in a fractional capacity
