Position: Oromo Music Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2–5 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe melodies by ear with accurate pitch and rhythm.
- Recognize key, tempo, and time signature in Oromo music.
- Handle sung lyrics accurately, including accents and unclear delivery.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve AI model performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Fluency in Oromo for handling lyrics.
- Formal musical training or professional experience.
- Strong ear for music transcription.
