JOB TITLE: Research & Insight Consultant (Qualitative)

SALARY: $130k - $135k DOE

LOCATION: Remote

They are currently looking to bring on a mid-level researcher to join them on their next stage of growth and help take the business to the next level:

KEY DUTIES

• Manage client relationships and deliver qualitative research projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
• Support project financial management through accurate budgeting, resource planning, and monitoring project performance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, provide clear insights and recommendations, and support the development of junior team members.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Managing qualitative research projects end-to-end, conducting fieldwork in-person and online, delivering clear, actionable insights.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to clients using Excel, PowerPoint, and quantitative analysis tools effectively.
• Previous experience in co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards while supporting junior team members.
